Transcription Details: Rensselaer Certificates Stack
Rensselaer at Work graduate certificates are 3-course, 9-credit hour programs that can be completed individually or stacked into a customized graduate degree.
A Master of Science degree in Engineering Science can be completed through a combination of three graduate certificates plus an integrative project. In the integrative project, you incorporate the expertise gained from your three certificates in a self-designed, semester-long project, working closely with an instructor mentor to create a valued workplace deliverable.
Popular combinations include certificates in Lean Quality in Production, Supply Chain and Logistics and Managing Technical Organizations, or Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and AI, and Leading Change and Innovation - the choice is yours.
The Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and Technology Management program has a similar design. You can take two graduate certificates and combine them with powerful systems engineering tools. You’ll gain the ability to map, model, evaluate and change systems or processes. Then, you can articulate the value created by your work and how it benefits your organization.
Just like with the Engineering Science program, you choose the certificates that make the most sense for you. Choose two certificates and combine them with four core courses: Business Issues for Engineers and Scientists, Engineering Project Management, Systems Modeling in Decision Sciences, and Discrete Event Simulation.
These certificates were designed with you in mind. With the flexibility of the online Rensselaer Studio, you can continue your education anytime, anywhere developing the tools you need to achieve mastery in your field.
