Commencement Scrapbook 2008

The Fifty-First Commencement Exercises at the Hartford campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute took place on Saturday, June 7, 2008. The 286 graduates of the Class of 2007-2008 celebrated with their families, friends, and loved ones, and were applauded by the faculty, staff, and administration of Rensselaer. The graduating class was welcomed into the ranks of the Rensselaer alumni community.

The Fisher Brass Quintet played before and after the graduation ceremony. A Hartford campus commencement tradition, bagpiper Charles Murdoch led the procession of degree candidates and Rensselaer officials.
