Which Password(s) do you wish to be reset?
Hartford account (access to Cole Library, Hartford Web Services Portal, and other Hartford campus resources) 
Troy campus RCS account (access to LMS - Blackboard, email, and other Troy campus resources)  

Self-Service Information System ( Registration, grades, etc.)

Students and Faculty, if you need help, contact the Registrar's office at (518) 276-6231 or email them at Troy Registrar's Office with the words ID PROBLEM in the subject of the email message and please make sure to also include your RIN.

Staff, if you need help with Self-Service Information System, please fill out the Human Resources Contact Form stating your name, RIN, and that you would like your self-service PIN reset in the message.

Please change your default password(s) as soon as possible. Information regarding where online to change your password(s) will be emailed to you.
