Expedited Admissions are offered at any Open House. Apply at these sessions and receive an Admissions decision within 48 hours. Specific materials must be supplied in order for applications to be reviewed.

Virtual Information Sessions
Now you can attend a Rensselaer information session without traveling to campus. Sessions are tailored to specific programs and are offered during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Each presentation lasts approximately 20 minutes and includes the opportunity for questions. The current schedule is at lower right.

Advanced Graduate Studies
Rensselaer's Hartford Campus offers Master's Degrees in the following disciplines:

• Computer Science - M.S.
• Computer & Systems Engineering - M.Eng.
• Electrical Engineering - M.Eng. or M.S.
• Engineering Science - M.S.
• Information Technology - M.S.
• Management & Technology
  (MBA and M.S. in Management)
• Mechanical Engineering - M.Eng. or M.S.

You can complete one of these programs by enrolling in our Advanced Graduate Studies Schedule. Classes typically meet once a week in the evening, Monday - Thursday, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Certain courses are offered on Saturdays. Rensselaer's academic year includes Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. You can begin your program in any term.

Cohort Degree Programs
Rensselaer's Lally School of Management and Technology offers the following premium programs for high-potential candidates, managers, and executives:

• Executive Master's Program (EMP)
  M.S. in Management in 10 Months
  
• Accelerated MBA
  M.B.A. in 30 Months

In the following Cohort Programs, students move through the particular curriculum as a unified group, which encourages collaboration and learning from each other over an extended period of time.

• M.S. in Management, Concentration in Innovation and Technology.
  This popular program begins in January 2010 in Hartford.
• M.S. in Management / Concentration in Sustainable Enterprise Management for the Trumbull area beginning in January 2010.
• Industrial Process Management (IPM)
  Participants earn an M.S. in Engineering Science and Lean Six Sigma Certification. Programs are offered this Spring in Hartford and Groton.
• Mechanical Engineering Cohort for Southeastern Connecticut
  Begins in January 2010.
